These Terms govern access to and use of the TrainCore platform for managing athletes, tests, and sessions.

2. Definitions
- Platform: TrainCore web application and APIs.
- User: professional/coach/organization with an account.
- User Content: entered data (athletes, tests, sessions, notes, exports).
3. Scope of service
The platform provides software tools to support training planning.
4. Account and security
- The user must provide truthful and updated information.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials.
- Unauthorized use must be promptly reported to info@traincore.it.
5. Plans and payments
- A free trial and subscription plans (e.g., Pro, Club) may be available.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
- In case of non-payment or trial expiry, limitations may apply (e.g., read-only access).
6. Permitted use and prohibitions
- Unlawful use or use that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
- Unauthorized access, bulk scraping, and circumvention of technical/license limits are prohibited.
7. Athlete data and compliance
Users processing athletes' personal data act under their own professional and legal responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
Software, trademarks, and interfaces remain property of the provider/licensor; a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use is granted.
9. Service availability
The provider adopts reasonable continuity/security measures but does not guarantee absolute absence of interruptions or errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; users remain responsible for technical, athletic, and medical decisions made.
11. Indemnification
The user shall indemnify the provider against third-party claims arising from unlawful use of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
- The provider may suspend/limit access for violations, security reasons, or regulatory obligations.
- The user may stop using the service at any time, without prejudice to accrued payment obligations.
13. Changes to Terms
The provider may update these Terms with appropriate notice.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
